Public Relation refers to a series of promotional activities that an organization performs to improve its relationship with the Public, promote the Public's understanding, understanding and support of the organization, and achieve the goal of establishing a good organizational image and promoting commodity sales.
It is intended that social organizations, groups or individuals must establish good relations with the various internal and external public around them. It is a state in which any enterprise or individual is in a state of public relations.
It is a kind of activity, when a business enterprise or individual consciously, consciously take measures to improve and maintain their public relations, is engaged in public relations activities.
Public relations is the set of techniques and strategies related to managing how information about an individual or company is disseminated to the public, and especially the media. Its primary goals are to disseminate important company news or events, maintain a brand image, and put a positive spin on negative events to minimize their fallout.
Public Relations is more about one to understand or to enter in someone's Mindspace. It refers to managing how others see and feel about a person, brand, or company. It is different from advertising or marketing, as it’s often meant to look organic and may not necessarily try to promote a product or service.
It can be as a powerful tool to mitigate negative events. Though , history has shown as well as we observed in todays world, how PR may cause problems to become worse?
It may occur in the form of a company press release, news conference, interviews with journalists, social media posting, or other venues.
