Independence Vs Increased Security Risk :

You are less secured than an employee. Yes, there are so many problems or issues about getting paid, on time. It is the thing maximum persons are worried about.

As a self-employed person, you need to correct yourself, at every stage. There will not be any senior-level person to guide you. And, most important you are solely responsible for your decisions.

Routine Work Vs Variety of Projects :

It is the most important point, one needs to understand the reason why he or she is looking for self-employment. When you are working for an employee, you are working the same ( maybe monotonous) job, for many years and the only one employer at the time.

Being a self-employed person allows working with more than one employee, and indifferent area and at the same time. Yes, it demands your time, hold on to multiple skill sets required by the different sectors. It allows you to grow, offering a chance of self-development, reflecting on your personality.

The specific time of work Vs 365 days of work :

When you are a self-employed person, you are not going to have paid holidays, casual leaves, etc. Also, you are not permitted to get sick. You only get paid, when you complete the order in hand. Your working hours are limited to 8 -10 hours per working day.

You need to hunt for 365 days for the work or contracts and to work on it, 24 x 7 days need to be utilized wisely.

No Free Benefits Vs Expenses :

Many organizations offer benefits when you will become a permanent employee, in their organization, like vacations, medical benefits, concession in educational loans, retirement benefits.

Rather than being a self-employed person, you need to take care of life insurance, provident fund, applicable taxes, etc. You need to pay for your own vacations.
